What the published package does tell you is worth more than a headline figure anyway.

• A taxable 21% service charge plus Pennsylvania sales tax applies to all food and beverage. This is the line couples leave off the spreadsheet, and on a New Hope wedding it is thousands of dollars.

That last point is why a straight per person comparison against another venue can mislead you. Price the whole package against the whole package. Guest rooms for your family are their own line, and photography, flowers, music, and rentals are outside the venue number.
