The terrace and the waterfront. The wraparound terrace off the Sky Room gives you the skyline, the harbor, and open sky in one frame, and you never leave the building to get there.

The marina behind the venue. Boats, masts, and dock lines give you texture that a lawn simply cannot. It’s steps from the back door, which makes it the easiest ten minutes in the whole timeline.

The Central Railroad of New Jersey Terminal. This is the one to protect time for. Big arched ceilings, worn-in vintage character, and enormous windows. The Rain Plan, Tested in a Nor’easter
