Ally & Jeff were nice enough to fly me down to Texas where they live for an extended Dallas Engagement Session. This was the first time I had been to Texas and I have to say it is beautiful there. I stayed just outside of downtown Dallas. We did two sessions with them. One was in the city of Dallas and the next day we went to Fort Worth to really rock the cowboy theme. Dallas is super clean and the city is much more quiet then Philly or New York. Ally brought her friend along to help assist me and I still apologize as she was definitely not ready for my gear bags;) In the city we met some really cool local artists that were great letting us photograph them together.
Fort Worth is about as “cowboy” as you can get. We went to The Stockyards and I love that area. They even had a cattle run through the street while we were there. The stables and farm area were beautiful and I am glad it did not rain as it would have been a giant mud pile. Ally & Jeff came prepared rocking cowboy boots and their cowboy hats. The only thing that was missing was a giant belt buckle that says “TEXAS” on it.
Day One – Dallas, Texas

This guy had a sweet braided pony tail so I asked him to make a pony-stache for me.

Day Two – Fortworth, Texas

We travel for the right people, full stop. Ally and Jeff trusted us enough to fly down and spend two full days creating with them across two Texas cities, and that kind of session is one we will not forget.
